Your cart will hold the items you have added to it - you can access
your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon found near the top of
every page. Items will remain in your cart until your shopping
session has been terminated. Your order summary located on the
right side of the cart page will display your total - enter your zip
code for accurate shipping charges and update with any promo or
discount codes.

Placing a web order is quick and easy. Once you have reviewed
your shopping cart, click the "Checkout" button and you will enter
Consumers Marine's secure checkout process. You can also proceed
to checkout by clicking the green checkout icon at the top of every
page. Just follow the prompts to complete your order.
- Step 1: Billing & Shipping Addresses
- Your billing address is the address where the credit card statements
get mailed to. If you would like your order to be delivered to a
different address than your billing, specify this in the shipping
address fields.
- Step 2: Delivery Options - Review all shipping methods, charges, and estimated delivery dates and select the option best suited for you.
- Step 3: Review & Payment
- Take a moment to verify all information is correct (addresses,
products, prices, ship methods, etc). Once confirmed correct,
enter your credit card information (or gift certificate number - see
below for more details).
When you are ready to submit your order, click "Purchase" - a thank you page will display with a confirmation.

Promotional codes allow you to apply special discounts and offers to
your order. Most promo codes are a combination of letters and
numbers (normally beginning with C) and vary in length. Most
codes are only available for a limited time, as specified with the
offer they are associated with.
Promo codes may be advertised through our catalogs, website, stores, or
with promotional mailings. To apply a promo code to your online
order, simply make sure the code is in the box during checkout.
Discounts vary from special product sales and prices to free
shipping. Catalog promo codes can be found on the back of the
catalog in a yellow box.

Consumers Marine gift certificates make a great gift! We issue
gift certificates in the amount of $25 or more and can mail them to
either the purchaser or the recipient (along with a catalog).
Certificates can be ordered online or by phone (1.800.332.2628) and can
be paid for with a credit card. Redeemable in person at our
retail showroom, by mail, phone, or via our online order form.
Only the person named on the certificate when originally purchased can
redeem.
To redeem a gift certificate online:
- Enter the gift certificate number and amount exactly as it appears on the certificate
- If the gift certificate number starts with a zero, please make sure to include it and all of the zeros in the number
- If the gift certificate amount is less than the total amount of the order, please enter additional payment method
- Once
a gift certificate is used, it's no longer valid. If you have a
remaining balance on the certificate, a new one will be issued and
mailed for that amount
